Woodwork & Craft Classes 5-8 year olds

This session focusses on your little one discovering the love of wood work. In the 5-8 year old lessons we will focus on the main skills of safety in the workshop, hammering, sawing and drilling. Some lessons will be tailored towards a particular skill and some lessons will be about the love of creating using their new found skills. They will be exposed to different hand tools and we will discuss power tools and how they are used. There will be more simple designs but the focus is on learning the fundamental skills.
